Summer Care
Mount Merici 2025 Summer Care Schedule
June 23, 2025 – August 15, 2025
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Week 1: Fun in the Sun
June 23 – 27
Kick off summer with tons of outdoor fun! Activities include a scavenger hunt and Bike Day on Wednesday and Thursday — don’t forget your helmet! We’ll wrap up the week with a festive ice cream party.
Week 2: Stars & Stripes
June 30 – July 4 (Closed Thursday, July 3 & Friday, July 4)
Let freedom ring! Celebrate Independence Day with Independence Bingo and a T-shirt coloring activity — please bring a white T-shirt on Monday. Don’t forget to wear red, white, and blue!
Week 3: Hero’s Week
July 7 – 11
We’re celebrating the heroes in our families and communities! Students may invite a special “hero” to lunch on Thursday (details to follow). We’ll also welcome visits from the local police and fire departments.
Week 4: Outdoor Adventures
July 14 – 18
Enjoy a week full of bounce house fun, water slides, sprinklers, and more — weather permitting!
Week 5: Ocean Week
July 21 – 25
Dive into the deep blue! Explore ocean life through crafts with sand, shells, and sea glass.
Week 6: Bugs & Butterflies
July 28 – August 1
Get up close and personal with bugs and butterflies! We’ll use magnifying glasses, catch bugs, and build insect houses.
Week 7: Creative Building
August 4 – 8
Let your creativity soar! Build with Legos, blocks, and wood. We’ll finish the week with a Lego competition and a dance party.
Week 8: Outdoor Adventures
August 11 – 15
We’re heading back outdoors for hiking, nature exploration, and more! The summer wraps up with our Family Ice Cream Party, featuring a bounce house, water slide, and plenty of ice cream!
2nd annual MMA Golf Classic on May 17th, 2025

Registration begins at 9AM and Tee-off starts at 10AM

Bottle Drive for Quebec City trip 2025
Support Our 8th Graders' Trip to Quebec City!
Do you have bottles to return? The 8th grade class at Mount Merici Academy is still working hard to raise funds for their upcoming trip to Quebec City, and they need your help! Every bottle returned brings them one step closer to this exciting educational adventure.
Here’s how you can make a difference:
- Drop off your bottles at Winslow Raider Redemption and simply mention Mount Merici Academy (MMA) when you do.
- If it's more convenient, reach out to us and we’ll happily arrange a pickup at your location—we’re here to make it easy for you to support this cause.
- You can also bring your bottles directly to the school, and we’ll make sure they get delivered to Raider Redemption.
Your generous support means the world to us and to our 8th graders, who are eager to learn and experience the rich history and culture of Quebec City. This trip is an invaluable opportunity for them to bond as a class and create memories that will last a lifetime.
